An Asiana Airlines plane carrying more than 200 passengers crash landed at San Francisco airport on July 6, killing two passengers. Investigators have determined that Asiana Airlines Flight 214 was traveling "significantly below" the target speed during its approach and that the crew tried to abort the landing just before it smashed onto the runway. One of the two teenage girls might have been struck by an emergency vehicle responding to the crash, fire officials said. (AP)
