An Asiana Airlines plane carrying more than 200 passengers crash landed at San Francisco airport on July 6, killing two passengers. Investigators have determined that Flight 214 was traveling below the target speed during its approach and that the crew tried to abort the landing just before it smashed onto the runway. One of two Chinese teenagers who died was struck by a fire truck while she was covered in foam that crews had sprayed to douse the fire, police said. It wasn't clear, however, whether 16-year-old Ye Meng Yuan was already dead or whether she was alive after the crash. (AP)
